We provide all cleaning supplies unless you prefer us to use yours. For new clients, we recommend being present for the first appointment to discuss your specific needs and expectations. Our initial visit helps us understand your space, assess timing, and determine if additional visits are required to achieve maintenance-level cleaning.
A typical 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (2000–3000 sq. ft.) standard clean takes about 3–3.5 hours with a team of two cleaners. Factors such as specific cleaning requests or unique surfaces may extend this time. Rest assured, we will always consult with you and adjust the plan if necessary.
